DELIVERY CONDITIONS



AS Foco delivers the products purchased in their original packaging and maintains the quality standard of the order as manufactured. AS Foco couriers are not authorized to customize or modify packaging or their products. In buildings, delivery will be made at the entrance and the buyer is entirely responsible for keeping and transporting the products to the floor and unit of their apartment.

During the Purchase process, AS Foco provides an estimated delivery time for orders. To define the estimated period, the products purchased, quantity, availability in stock and the distance between AS Foco's distribution centers and the customer's delivery address are taken into account.

The delivery period starts counting after the posting of your order and is calculated in working days. Your delivery is calculated according to the zip code provided and which is found at the end of your order, just below the delivery address.



ORDERS DELIVERY TIME



AS Foco uses Correios as a delivery partner, so days and times may vary. However, orders are generally delivered between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. In case of doubts, you can contact asfocovirtual@gmail.com, referring to the dispatch of the order. If the delivery address is a condominium, the consumer must inform, at the time of purchase, any restrictions on delivery time, where they must be made and to whom the goods must be delivered, in view of the existing rules.



FREIGHT



The value of the delivery freight for the Products is automatically calculated by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume and quantity of the products purchased. The distance between our distribution centers and the delivery location specified in the order is also taken into account.



IMPORTANT:



- For the types of shipping, the date of the order does not count in the calculation of the delivery time, but the postage of your order (when we send it) in working days. This deadline can be changed in periods of specific campaigns.
