Exchanges or Returns
Exchange or Return Term:
The deadline for exchange or return is 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the product.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the guarantee applies, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you still haven't received a refund, please double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It usually takes a few days of bank processing before the refund is posted.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you wish to request the exchange of a product that is under warranty, send an email to asfocovirtual@gmail.com explaining the reason and we will return you with the instructions and address to send the item(s).
Shipping costs:
AS Foco only bears the shipping costs in the case of returns or exchanges due to a defect in the product. If the reason is regret, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (shipping) to return his item and also for the shipping costs (shipping) of the new chosen item.
Deadlines:
After we receive the returned item(s), we have a period of up to 5 (five) business days to resolve the case. The deadline for receiving the new item will vary according to each case and the location of the customer.
The refund period depends on the payment method used. If it was on the credit card, the reversal can take up to two invoices to be made. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator.
Attention:
If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And without receiving the product, we are unable to proceed with the exchange or refund.
